In the Journey World of Yugioh,

I would like to present to you an Unreleased, Special Edition 1 Monster Card.

It is a Special Editon 1 Card because its Effect is too powerful,

you can only have 1 Micil in your deck.

Effect

Its attack and defense is very low, but once you summon Micil,

you may activate its effect and equip it to one of your opponent' Monsters.

On your opponent' Battle Phase turn,

your opponent must apply their own Monster' attack to their own Life Points.  

Micil' main point is to cause your opponent to cil themselves, that is why he is called Micil. (Me Cil) (Mi Cil)

Micil' effect is new and has never been used before,

I can not tell you his weakness, you shall seek yourself .....
